History

Ionic Hair Retexturing treatment was invented in Japan by Mr. Kaizuka in the late 90’s.
Using the concept of ionising different material, Mr. Kaizuka successfully developed a series of personal care products. Amongst them, the most innovative creation was the Ionic Hair Retexturising (IHR) treatment.
What is Ionic Hair Retexturising Treatment (IHR)?
IHR is targeted to straighten and improve the manageability of various hair types such as natural curly and frizzy hair, dehydrated, damaged and coarse hair; and hair that is lacking in vitality.
IHR is not just a straightening or a hair perming system. It is entirely different from any other similar products available on the market.
IHR performs the best hair straightening result without any damage to the hair. Subsequently, due to the unique ionising technology, the texture and condition of IHR treated hair will be miraculously improved.
What is Ionising Technology?
Positive and negative ions exist in most substances. They are small particles that gather around an object. Through restructuring the ion cluster of water, IHR allows water molecules to penetrate into the core of each hair. As a result, the hair is being rehydrated as well as reconditioned in each IHR treatment.

- Negative ions encounter water.
- Ion cluster of waters is being restructured; the water molecules are broken down to a fraction of the original size.
- Refined water molecules are now diminutive enough to penetrate through the cuticle, and eventually into the core of each hair.
The Benefit of IHR Treatment
All products in IHR system are formulated to incorporate the ionising technology. For instance, the water used in manufacturing the treatment cream, shampoo and conditioner is ionised.
